- 02BANK TRANSFER TT or NEFT Transfer of Payment CREDIT CARDS We accept all major credit/debit cards from local banks. CHECKS We accepts checks but the same is subject to clearance before delivery
- 03Our Delivery period ranges a average from 35-60 days. In some cases the same can also increase depending on the nature of work involved and the quantity or design of items. Each Product has a different Delivery period and estimated Lead Time will be mentioned in every Quotation provided The Lead Time mentioned does not cover the Transit or Delivery time.
- 04Our prices are exclusive of all taxes and charges as applicable FOB charges; Freight & Logistics charges, Unloading/Shifting/Assembly/Installation at site; Local Delivery or any other levies to be borne on actual basis by the client
- 05An order once placed cannot be exchanged or cancelled. Advances will be non-refundable.
- 06Repair or Replacement are easy with Indoors. In the unlikely event that your ordered product(s) is damaged in transit or during installation, exhibits manufacturing defects or you’ve received the wrong order, we would be happy to initiate a you corrective measures or replacement at the earliest possible. Due to the nature of our product which are made to order we are unable to accept returns under any other condition. How to request a repair or replacement? Once all the conditions listed above are met, please reach out to your project manager for initiating a return. Or reach out to us at inquiry@intfur.com within 7 days of receipt. What is the 72-hour inspection policy? Expect no delays. Once you notify IFI for a return request, we will make sure that a executive visits your site to inspect the product. If applicable, your return will be initiated in just 72 hours. When will I receive a replacement? When a return is accepted, the timeline for the replacement to reach you may vary from product to product. Our team will keep you informed at all times and we will make all efforts to make your new product reach you very soon.
- 07The offer will be under force majeure clause – In event of circumstances beyond our control like natural calamity, strike, lockout, unrest or similar situation, we will not be held responsible or liable for any delay/non-performance.
