We begin by receiving the Design Specifications from any prospective project. Once the details such as Design, Dimensions, Materials are prepared we sort through the entire set creating a product-wise preparation and begin the Quotation Process. Due to our Long-Standing relationships with Manufacturers in India, China, Europe & USA, we search for multiple alternatives and manufacturers for your desired product.

This Planning Step is the most important part of initialising the Project, as it covers Quotations from Multiple Vendors, Quotation Analysis, Value Engineering, Price Finalisation. We take on the role of Business Associates with you, with the End Goal to Procure & Deliver Quality Products with the desired Design Intent without much deviation.
